Below are just some of the cakes that I have created for friends and family over the years.

Cake decorating, and especially novelty cake decorating, is something I thoroughly enjoy doing, so please contact me if you'd like something special created for your upcoming event.

This cake was created for my Mothers Group kids' combined birthday celebration.
The top cake was a chocolate mudcake, covered in coloured fondant icing.
The cupcakes were chocolate mudcakes topped with a fondant icing flower and handmade critter - butterflies, lady bugs,
grubs and spiders.

This cake was created for my son's 4th Birthday. He chose the cake, and I then created a Temptation Table based on the car theme and colours.

This cake was created for a relative's 70th Birthday. The cake (book) was a chocolate mudcake covered in fondant icing, and the two figures on top were both created completely out of icing, aside from the cardboard crowns they had on their heads.

This Wedding Cake consisted of a chocolate mud top cake, layered and coated with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant icing. Hearts on wire stood behind the cake topper. There were 70 cupcakes, alternating between chocolate and vanilla flavoured with swirls of coloured vanilla buttercream, sprinkled in silver cachous and topped with white fondant hearts.

This cake was made for a relative's Irish themed dessert table. The cake was a chocolate mudcake layered and coated in a chocolate ganache, the leprechaun was made entirely out of icing (aside from the piece of ribbon and buckle around his hat), and chocolate coins filled the top of the cake to make it look as though he was sitting in a pot of gold.

A very simple Engagement Cake, the base cake being a chocolate mudcake layered and coated in chocolate ganache and covered in fondant icing. The mini cake on top was also chocolate mudcake, with the fondant placed over to create a 'bowl' affect to fill with white sugar pearls and to place the wire hearts into.

This cake was created for my display at both the 2011 South East Field Days and the Elite Events Bridal Expo, so the inside was actually two pieces of foam that I then decorated so as to last for the events without becoming damaged. The foam was covered in white fondant icing, and handade fondant flowers were placed to flow down the side of the cake. The 'CY' initials on the cake were for my business, Creatively Yours. Various chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were made to suit the theme; swirls of coloured buttercream sprinkled in sanding sugar, sugar pearls, etc, or topped with smoothed fondant and fondant flower decorations.

This frangipani themed cake was created for a Frangipani Temptation Table. The cake itself was a chocolate mudcake, layered and coated in a chocolate ganache. The outside of the cake was created using decorated slabs of white chocolate and all tied with a ribbon to keep it in place. Inside the centre of the cake I handmade fondant frangipani flowers and placed them on a bed of fondant leaves.

I made this cake for a friends' 30th birthday. She loved the look of my fondant icing cakes, but liked the taste of my chocolate ganache cakes, so I made one of each. Both are chocolate mudcakes, the '3' is coated in coloured fondant icing and the figures on the cake made out of icing also, and the '0' is coated in chocolate ganache with chocolate ganache swirls on the top, the sides coated in shaved chocolate, and abstract toffee wedges placed into the cake.

This cake was created for a relative's birthday who loves fashion and loves to shop. The cake itself was a chocolate mudcake covered in coloured fondant icing, and the 'shopping bags' on top of the cake had rectangles of cake inside them also, and coloured fondant icing 'bags'. The figure was created out of fondant icing but with licorice strips for arms and legs.
