Additional Information
Please note that a 30% deposit is required upon comfirmation of your Temptation Table to proceed, with the outstanding amount to be paid no later than one week prior to your big event. An additional $50 deposit is also required to cover costs of any accidental damage or breakages to Creatively Yours' property (please see last paragraph below), though this will be returned to you after the event upon approved inspection of items.
When catering for larger numbers, not all of the desserts may fit on the table at the one time. If this is the case I will leave the additional amounts with you for restocking of the table during your event. Some of the desserts may require refrigeration, however I will discuss this with you prior to your event.
I have a number of different options available in regards to the table setup. Depending on the location of your Temptation Table, you may wish to leave it open at the back to compliment a garden view, etc. However I can also offer a frame for behind the table, which can be covered in a material to suit your theme and then used for hanging a banner or other decorations from. Or this frame can be left open, draped in fabric to create a 'curtained window' effect while still allowing a banner or other decorations to be strung across it. After discussing with you your theme and the location of your Temptation Table, I will make suggestions as to what style would compliment your table best.
I supply my own trestle table(s) for the display, (unless you would like me to use an existing table), which measure approx. 1.8m long, (or 2 of these together to measure 3.6m long at an additional cost). Depending on the complexity of your table design, I will arrive approximately
2 - 4 hours before your event begins to assemble the display. This will involve setting up the trestle table in a location previously discussed with you; assembling the frame if applicable (only available on the single 1.8m trestle); ironing tablecloths and any other fabrics; arrangement of decorations and banner, etc; and placing all of the servingware in position. I will then arrange the dessert items shortly before your guests arrive, and any additional amounts will be left with you for restocking your table during the event when levels are low (please see first paragraph above).
Please contact me no less than 3 months before your function, not only to allow me ample time to create something truly amazing for your event, but to also secure your booking. The two weeks prior to an event, I will be concentrating solely on the one Temptation Table, and therefore will be unable to take any additional bookings during that time. I am happy to take bookings up to 24 months in advance to secure your chosen date, even if we don't actually sit down together until a few months before your event. So please book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that provision of crockery or cutlery for your guests to use will not be supplied unless specifically requested and at an additional cost to you.
I am happy to leave room on the table for you to add your own items to the display, such as a cake or plate of sandwiches, etc, however I ask that no sauces, condiments, oils, wines or coloured drinks that can spill and stain the tablecloths be placed on the table.
All serving platters, cake stands, table display items and decorations will remain the property of Creatively Yours and will be collected when the display is dismantled. (Some decorations may be offered to you to keep after the event, such as personalised items with your name(s) on it, etc). If any items are missing, damaged, stained or broken in any way on collection, you will be liable to pay the replacement cost for these items out of the $50 refundable deposit. Any outstanding charges will be invoiced to you if need be.
